I´m Jim Blake. Pleased to meet you.
For 25 years I have coached, sparred with and trained key executives in global corporations, helping them unlock their full leadership potential across highly diverse sectors and cultures.

Executive workshops
I design, tailor and lead onsite and online group workshops for executives and talents across all business sectors – in English, German, Spanish or Catalan.
The emphasis is always on learning-by-doing rather than dry theory. This is reinforced by 360º feedback cycles, guided self-reflection and the immediate implementation of learnings (Kirkpatrick Level 5).
Coaching and sparring with executives
I accompany top managers and talents, both in global companies and tech start-ups, in very different economic sectors and cultures.
My constant goal is to help each individual identify and harness their full leadership potential, maximising their contribution to their company and its customers.
